Nearing the End

HouseSerpentLake300bestI’m near the end of my novel, writing the last three scenes, trying hard not to rush, but feeling excitement as it all comes together. Since I’m a compulsive editor, I edit as I go, but I’ll still go over the entire thing once more, then send it to its next phase – another editor who, I hope, will catch my mistakes. Since I already have a cover, it won’t be long until it’s ready to face the world.

It’s getting exciting!

I'm a novelist, short story writer, and I currently serve as CEO for L. Cooper Press, a service for writers. Thomson-Gale bought one of my novels, With Full Malice, for their 5 Star Mystery line, then Harlequin WorldWide Mysteries bought the mass market paperback rights. I lead a novel critique group in Redlands, CA, so if you're in the area and writing a novel, join us: When I can't attend, Amy Fletcherleads the group. You can always contact me through my websites:
